The name HUMU'Z comes from the word hummus. Hummus, which can also be spelled "hommus" or "houmous" in foreign languages, is a dip originating from the Middle East. It is made from mashed chickpeas combined with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic.

 

HUMU'Z restaurant dishes are handmade in front of the customer and served with a variety of HUMU'Z restaurant special sauces and dips. In addition to the ready-made menu, the customer can choose falafel, chicken doner, beef doner or vegetable doner or vöner with pide bread according to their taste, and combine this delicious whole with HUMU'Z special sauces and a fresh salad mix. After this, the customer can choose whether they want the product in the form of a pita or a bowl or salad. In other words: HOLD it or BOW it!

 

The name Döners itself tells you what the product is, but our aim is to bring authentic döner to different customer groups so that they can enjoy döner that is gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian and halal. The idea of our fusion restaurant is to bring together Mediterranean dips, Asian spice blends and European sauces, which are combined with traditional yaprak döner meat and served Berlin-style with pide bread. We are starting our HUMU'Z & DÖNERS journey with our first restaurant in Hakaniemi. The profit margin in the restaurant industry is very small. With our work experience in technology, know-how and 30 years of experience as a family in the restaurant industry, we want to get more like-minded entrepreneurs to work with us on the Humu'z & Döners concept. 0% commission brings more sustainability to local franchises and increases cash flow so that businesses can better focus on the quality of products and services, customer satisfaction and especially their own happiness.

 

So what does Humu'z & Döners achieve with this operating model?

 

The answer is: more partners with whom we can grow and develop together. The income comes from our own restaurants, in which we have invested money ourselves, and not from investments in restaurants of other franchise entrepreneurs. Our goal is to create cooperation, positivity, friendliness, good human relations without materialism and an excellent basis for learning new things; this way all members of the Humu'z & Döners team can smile without worry and say "all is well".
